Welcome to Polorix Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. About Us

Polorix Studio is a digital agency providing services including, but not limited to:

  • Website & Mobile Application Development
  • UI/UX Design & Graphic Design
  • Branding & Identity Design
  • Software Development & AI Solutions
  • Website Maintenance & Technical Consulting
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Project Scope

Each project begins only after the project scope is finalized, both parties agree on pricing, and the required advance payment has been received. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate service and billed accordingly.

4. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable advance payment may be required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before final project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
  • All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise.

5. Revisions

Projects include revisions as specified in the project proposal or quotation. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged separately.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, supply all required content, images, logos, documents, and credentials on time, respond promptly to approval requests, and ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed. Polorix Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or approvals.

7. Project Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines depend upon timely client feedback, availability of required project materials, and scope changes during development. Project timelines may be extended if delays occur from the client's side.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the completed project transfers to the client only after full payment has been received. Until payment is completed, all designs, source code, graphics, documents, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Polorix Studio. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Polorix Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to Firebase, Google Cloud, Google APIs, Cloudflare, Hostinger, GitHub, Razorpay, Stripe, OpenAI, and Supabase. Polorix Studio is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, API modifications, policy updates, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

10. Maintenance & Support

Support is provided only if included in the project agreement. After the agreed support period expires, maintenance services will be billed separately.

11. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started: Advance payments are non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Project files may be withheld until outstanding dues are cleared.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of software development and digital services, payments made for completed or ongoing work are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, shall be solely at the discretion of Polorix Studio.

13. Limitation of Liability

Polorix Studio shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, revenue loss, indirect or consequential damages, third-party service failures, or cyber incidents beyond reasonable security measures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected project.

14. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public project information unless disclosure is required by law.

15. Prohibited Use

Users may not copy or reproduce our work without permission, reverse engineer our software, use our services for illegal activities, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or distribute malware or harmful content through our services.

16. Website Availability

We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version becomes effective immediately upon publication on this website.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
